Middle school science teacher who spent last year in a personalized learning environment-multi-grade, integrated curriculum, strong emphasis on literacy and math. Last year was our first year with 120 students and 5 staff. Next year we grow to 160 students and 8 staff. We haven't got it figured out, but we like what we see.
