Improving Your Practice, No Matter Where You Start

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Imagine sitting in the teacher lunchroom discussing innovative strategies for flipping your classroom. Do you see colleagues from all over the building, representing every discipline, sharing best practices every day? With a variety of mandates and added workload, these conversations rarely take place because we are so frequently cut off from our colleagues never realizing that they have tips that can improve our own classrooms.

This session is to be that conversation. This session is not centered on any one discipline or any grade level, but rather innovative strategies that can work anywhere, at any time, with any group of students. Participants will direct the conversation among 7 categories: Administration/Colleagues/Parents, Homework, Assessments, Mastery Learning, Technology, Learning Environment, and Instructional Alternatives. While some experience flipping is preferred, this session is for ANYONE who is just looking to improve, no matter what their level of expertise.
