One of the most often asked questions of teachers who are going to flip their classrooms or have flipped their classroom is, “How do you know if your students are watching the assigned videos?” There are many ways, both non-technological and technological to determine if students are completing their assignments. These range from Crystal Kirch’s, “Watch-Summarize-Question” and one that I am using that I call “Post-It on the Board.” The more technological choices EdPuzzle, Ted Ed, NearPod and Edmodo. These resources will be described and the participants will be assigned a video to watch and then sample some of the different resources before the attending the program and then will share out their experience.
