An In-Depth Look at Elementary/Middle Grade Flipping

Ever wonder how you can make flipped classrooms work in an elementary school? I have been doing it successfully for 4 years. Using a math workshop style, I get an opportunity to work with students in small groups every day. Students also get an opportunity to practice what they’ve been learning in a variety of ways.

In this session I will have you take on the role of students & rotate through each station. You will have an opportunity to discuss mastery learning with me, discuss ways you could implement this within your building, and learn about a few tech tools I utilize during our workshop time.

My goal is that you leave with some solid ideas of how you might make a math workshop work for you!
