Starting to Flip Strategies

Chances are you’ve heard of the flipped classroom, but what do we need to do to make this concept work in our particular settings and disciplines? What do we do if we can’t simply begin videotaping our lectures tomorrow? What do we do if we don’t have traditional lectures, but we still want to flip? What do we do if we have a technology phobia or simply lack the technology experience needed to flip? This session discusses strategies to use to maintain the basic tenets of flipping while making adaptations for our personal teaching styles, our different disciplines, and our course objectives.
